Just wanted to say thanks to Alex who spent almost the whole day today fettling the frog.

I got there at lunchtime, and the first thing we did was check valve clearances - a couple were way out, no wonder it was so ticky.. ha ha.

Then we checked timing, and then fuel pressure.

After messing about and deciding that the needle wasnt right, we set on adjusting it - arriving at a pretty happy state which will do until I can afford to get the car set up on the rollers.

We also backed the timing off a few degrees to be safe.

The car is now much more drivable, and really shifts. Boost is set at 0.8 bar for the time being (around 11.5 - 12psi).
