Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

loads of different things. look in maplins etc. the better ones are like you get on sensors that are sealed. you can get them with numerous wires.

i'd tend to get new ones so you can make it neat.

try vehicle wiring products.

They do a 9 or 11 way disco plug in maplins which is pretty good

I'm just not keen on the trailer plug for its size.

think i'm going to use the trailer plug type wire (springy stuff) though so i can remove the front and sit it at the side without unpluging every time.

cheers guys, with the trailer wire extensions the two ends always seem to be the same ie male/male do they do a female/female so i can buy both and make one for each side?

i'd just fit one on the bulkhead where that is, then get a male male and chop one end off, then hard wire that end into your lights

sorry dont get you, where what is? if i hardwire a male end into the lights then surely it needs to connect to a female end lol.

i meant put a female bulkhead one on the bulkhead lol!

then get a curly lead with a male on each end. take on male connector off and hardwire to the lights. then you have a springy lead connected to your lights with a male end on.

mines was a male-female extension, just cabletied one end to my subframe, not particularly neat, but workable.

the other mini(mot mines..) has a trailer socket bolted to whats left of the inner wing, and the plug for the lights goes in here. much neater.
