was wondering what the thought is on here about how to set up crank end float, i have done the endfloat while dry eg no oil on the thrusts and got 2 thou clearance but i also did it with oil and can only get half a thou which way should it be done cheers

i do it dry, same with the shells when measureing the the clearance.

I've seen the future and tbh its Pie

Dry, hence the term 'dry build'

This alows you to measure the clearancies with feelers and plastiguage without the oil affecting the measurements

Tats how I do it, sure some one may correct me if im wrong

thats what i thought and what i did which is good as i dont have to make any changes now cheers guys
