i have some knid of virusm it effeccts my outlook express mail server noe too,

XP's system restore can get things more screwy more than it is at the moment, and i always avoid it tbh. What antivirus software do you have installed? I have a variety of them on my server should you need a decent one.

you could try not surfing the net for porn in the future as the porn sites seem to have the most viruses attached!
