Isle of Man

Ive got a plenum thats had the actuator take off snapped/ground (cant tell which) off, and not sure how to tackle it.

I think the best bet would be to tap it and screw in another take off, but not sure where to get hold of these buggers, typed 'take offs',then with 'manifold', 'union', 'servo' etc into google to no avail.
The local pnuematics bloke doesnt seem to have much on offer, only tiny little farty things for air con.

Any suggestions, ideas, or take off suppliers would be greatly appreciated.

tap the hole, then get a bolt that fits and drill the middle of it out, cut the head off and affix the pipe :)

Or drill and tap it M10x1, then get a sexy aeroquip banjo bolt and fitting to attach a hose to it....... :)

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

or just get any hose tail for pnuematics thats for push on hoses and fit that *smiley*

they are 1/8" BSP on that bailey dump valve you have & please tell me the size of the thread or what pipe etc you are fitting it to on the manifold

Cheers guys, ill prob drill and tap it with one of those unions like on the minisport site.

Benross, cheers for the offer but ive got the dumpvalve/inlet manifold bit sussed, already installed a union i had lying around the workshop in the inlet.
