hows it all i am thinking of putting an external wastegate on my mini .has anyone done this mod ..... and if so do u run into any problems with this set up .....

my mini has a cold

The only reason you would need an external wastegate is when the turbo you have doesn't have an internal one.

And if your turbo doesn't have a wastegat then you'll run in to more problems without one than you will with one.

Most guys on here have internal wastegates, but there are a few with external.
