yep as above - you need all the a series drop gears (including the primary gear on the crank), and a series transfer case too.

the 998 primary gear is different to the 1275 primary gear...

But, when that is said. It's possible to open the 998 primary up to 1275 spec and fit the correct bush. However, I tried and the gear was so fucking hard that this is NOT a worhtwhile mod in my book.
