Hairline crack under the sump-plug thread!
It's a new one on me!

Always had drips from here - and new copper washers, and even a dowty seal didn't cure it. Seems so obvious why now! *laughing*

If so, what consistancy does your red come out.... mines thin and bloody runs all over the place!

It's just regular 3-step industrial dye-penetrant. (solvent/degreaser; dye; developer).

I had exactly the same crack on my first mini. It never got any bigger just leaked alloy. I got round to welding it up after about a year and it never leaked again
