havin a problem with my mini . it will start and tick over but
when i try to accelerate it will cut out . check ed fuel pump and regulator , rebuilt carb , and got a new turbo could it be the ecu
if so any ideas where i can get hold of a standard or upgraded 1 .
thanks your help would be very much appreciated .

have you set fuel pressure and checked it rises accordingly with the boost pressure

are you sure you have tho correct gasket between the carb and the plunum? As the std one has one less hole, and blocks off the internal pipe which balances the float chamber with boost pressure.

Forget the ECU, if you disconnect it and block the pipe to it, the car will run just as well as it did with it connected.
