Is it possible to set up explorer such that you can view the size of folders without having to right-click and select propeties?

Reason I'm askign is someone is taking up gigs, and gigs of space in our departmental drive, but no-one is admitting to it. IT services are their usual helpful self to assist - I suspect because it's not disrupting them ebaying or downloading music...

Any tips/clues?

ok - here's another one....

is there any way - aside from 'printscreen' many times over - of printing off this HUGE list of folders or saving as a bitmap/jpeg/whatever???

yup, (presuming using XP)

Start/Run
type cmd
browse to the directory in question (i.e. cd c:pictures) (insert a backslash after the colon as it wont show here)
now just type "dir > list.txt" (without quotes)

now just browse to the same directory with windows explorer and you'll have a file called list.txt :)

if you just want jpegs listed, type "dir *.jpg > list.txt" instead :)
