Been using the site for quite a while now, rarley post (cos i don't know much about Turbos yet) but read it every day.

Just going to post a couple of photo, i've fitted my group 2 arches today, but i'm not sure they look to good.

This is a photo of when i bought the car a couple of years ago.

Couple of photos of how it looks now, engines at morspeed at the moment, just finished rebuilding the carb, got my turbo stripped at the moment, hoping to be up and running before the summers over.

Could a mod make these appear please. Cheers.<Done TF>

Thanks for all the positive comments, my first mini (16 years ago) was yellow, which is the reason i've gone for it this time.

Yellow minis are only quick if they have red engines lol.

Hoping to get tyres fiited to my deep dish minilites on saturday, should finish the exterior off nicely, i'll put some photos of the interior up at the weekend when the dash is back in.

It looks good, personally I'd be tempted to keep the alloys that are on it (with a good polish up), just to be a bit different from the crowd, I think they suit the car.

Looks stunning, really really nice

I really like Group2's and yours really suit your car, but i HATE chrome trim arround them with a passion

In my opinion it would look so much nicer replaced with black rubber trim, but thats only my opinion :)

Ooof, from the 'before' pic that looked like a rather daunting project to be taking on - fair play though it now looks spot on, well done!

Thanks again for all the positive comments, it's been a lot of hard work especially as i've done everything myself, including removing every bit of rust, underseal and sound proofing.

Ive taken a few more photos today, the dashboard isn't finished yet, hoping to get my digital dash for my birthday on friday.

Engine will be 1293 turbo with morspeed machining and head with 8.1 compression ratio, lightened flywheel and avonbar phase 2 cam. May fit megajolt, need to speak to Alex and Tom.

Looks very good apart from the spacers at the front. I can guarantee that these along with that small steering wheel and that engine will be quite amusing. Especially for spectators *wink*

Taken Toms advice and kept the wheels, had them powder coated, think they look ok, also got all the dials wired in now, just waiting for the engine to come back from Morspeed.
