Hi my brakes are all new, all new seals and shoes and drums and everything, me nad pot_dan spent 3 hours last night bleeding them and theres 100% definately no air in it anywhere.

The master cylinder is a 2nd hand one that i was told was working, but im having problems. if you pump the pedal really fast you feel some resistance, and the brakes work a tiny bit. If you press it to the floor without pumping theres nothing at all.

Does this mean faulty master cylinder?

I agree with Benross. Buy a new one EVERY time. Fuck rebuild kits on these.

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

Why so anti rebuild kits?

I rebuilt my master cylinder, it didnt take long. It seems to work fine too

before you spend time and money, try bleading the brakes the proper way. pump the pedal and chock it with a piece of wood, leave if over night and check the pedal.

i spent hours once and about 6ltrs of brake fluid and still no pedal, just like you. i did the above and the brakes were perfect!!!!

it works almost every time and it costs nothing

i had the same problem at the weekend after fitting 2 new pipes from the master cylinder. couldn't get any pedal at all using my pressure bleeder, went back to the 2 man manual way and got a solid pedal straight away.

might also be worth bleeding the master cylinder pipes at the reg on the bulkhead, i've had to do that in the past aswell.

mturbo shed, if you keep pumping them then it builds up a litle bit of pressure but its still nearly touching the floor and desent completley lock the wheels, so its not really possible to do that i dont think.
i am not looking forward to doing ANOTHER pin under your dash tho jimmy!!

i use a telescopic magnet thing to get the pin in place, much easier than with your fingers.
