any ideas how i can setup the pressure regulator cos ive messed with it and dont know if ive buggered it or not |

Yep, easy. Get a fuel pressure gauge, either T it in to the carb supply or attach it to the end and set to 4psi.

I found that if you set it at 4psi without the engine running, it would rise to 8/9psi by the time the boost gauge read zero (boost transition point) when driving... It would rise proportionally with boost after that however... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

I'm just about to fit a new pump and will need to reset the regulator. The next time the car will run is at the RR day. Is there any chance someone can bring a gauge so I can set the correct pressure before I run it on the rollers?
