I have a problem whit the gerbox i think.
I just put a difrent gearbox on the engine. I got the car to run. Was out driving Later that day. The day after i drove 15 min away form home to a friend, when i was going home i sudently stopped. The engine die. One of the spark pluggs was loos. The car started, but it houldent drive. I can put the car in all its gears and i hear some rubbing noice difrent sound in eatch gear, but the car is standing there. This is the first time i have stripped an engine and gerbox apart.
Since im mekanical challanged i dont know what im doing. The engine is out of the car and everything turns around. It looks and sound fine.

Can the drivechafts be mounted on the wrong sides?

it sounds to me like the flywheel has come loose!

dont start the engine anymore and sort this problem my friend PRONTO!

has one of the drive shafts poped out of one of the joints??

I've had a driveshaft snap on the outer cv joint and this causes no drive also

I remember you telling us about that on miniclassic years ago!! in a pot hole or something?
