I've used this gasket before on NA stuff a few years ago, had no problems with it. See how you go with a turbo I suppose?

my be ok ive just ordered one from avonbar so well see what it looks like. the only thing with the middle one i can fink of is them types off gasket tend to stick to the surfaces of the head/manifold so should you need to do a quick head gasket change at avon youd probably need a new gasket there as well. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

the ring is a fair size mate, opening up your ports bigger than it is fairly hard...

That gasket, Ive had similar ones on a NA engine that burnt through the exhaust port at the top when on the rollers, the graphite/fibre was totaly gone leaving just the perforated steel. Will never use them again. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

I'm running a similar gasket, but it's ALL metal. I've used this gasket for years and it's the bollox. Last time i found somebody selling them i bought 10.
