Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

well it could be clutch problems ?

or the box
remove the engine and go over your work again to identifie your error or error's

take you time and do it right

this is a pain but its got to be done

sounds to me like the selector could be mislodged against the outer part and is not properly disengaging gears when another is selected, hence locking up the box. u might be able to fix it by disconnecting the selector and using some pliers to align the set, might help if u have a second box next to you to work out whats going on. other than that its a engine out diff off job.

Unlucky dude :(

I always put the gearbox in gear when i've built it, usually reverse or 4th.

I've seen the future and tbh its Pie

well all apart, and have had a look at the box scratched my head for an hour, with another box next to me to look at, well for future referance it was 1st and 2nd syncro hub binding, lots of oil and a bar on the end of the first motion nut and it turns better now thank god for that, just got to put it all back in again

before you get to carried away have you put oil in the box as the baulk rings will grab if not and will give you the cause of locking up but realy there is nothing wrong,

always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas

Yep - Box was dry causing it to grab.

All sorted now??
