MBC or bleed valve

Used the search button and done some reading, the general concensus seemed to be that MBC are not as good, is this still peoples opinions?

i am using an mbc at the moment on my astra, i also have a bleed valve sitting hear so i will try and do a fair test with them and let you know the outcome. cant do much more for you than that
