Hi
I know this is a relatively old thread but i am after some of these for some 1100 hypatec pistons i have just bought.
i have some teflon rod but no real machine tools, i.e. lathe to make them with.
would anybody on here be willing /able to make me some from the rod ive got if i posted it to them.
i would pay for the time and postage both ways. only ive tried to make a couple very unsuccesfully using different methods and just end up with wasted teflon rod.
Thanks Luke

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

Give me the dimentions you want them made (see dimentions needed on 1st page of thread).

Let me know, I'll speak to my mate and let you know where to send the bar.

max of £15 to do I'd have thought.
