IDM wire on megajolt!! Megajolt not showing revs

Just think ive solved the problem maybe, ive plugged the laptop and got the runtime display, and its showing 0 revs! the map sensor is working but no revs

Ive just noticed that i havent conencted the IDM wire from the EDIS to anything, does anyone know where this goes on the megajolt plug? Does it go to Vref? Option? Thanks James

the jolt only needs 4 wires to make it run feebs, saw, pip, an earth and a 12v+ everything else is optional, you sure you have the saw and pip wires the right way, i got em mixed up due to a crap diagram i coppied onto some note paper and it had me puzzled for weeks..i had the same problems, it saw the MAP readout but rpm wasnt working.

doh! why did i start messing with it!

PIP and SAW are the only wires between the Megajolt and the EDIS unit.

Hi steve yeah double checked the wires and theyre exactly the same as my diagram :(

If its ok then and no damage can be done ill swich the wires over anyway and give them a try.
