well as i have read in the past when converting a mini into a mini turbo after the bulck head mods the heater mounts are cut out. how did you guys get around this problem.
where did you mount the heater from?

you could cut drill the spot welds off the old brackets b4 cutting the bulk head and tack them back on afterwards or make some new brackets once youve got your bulkhead box done it is simple to reattach your heater *smiley*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

mines an everyday car but i'm not putting the heater back in either, gonna put me head unit there instead i think.

If you take the heater apart, you can turn the matrix around 180 degrees. This makes the pipes exit towards the passenger side, and makes more room for your feet by the clutch pedal.

The early heaters fit better, but finding a good one can be difficult.
