Hey kev are you running an air fuel guage/sensor? Its well worth it im never having a mini without one ever again Previous Engine: 1040cc Morespeed engine, 1275 turbo head T2 Turbo Mirage Manifolds Megajolt

Nice, loos like mine in many ways. I'd agree with Ben on the intercooler piping though, more in an engine cooling manner than an intercooler problem.
