Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

nic called the other evening and brought me this superb stainless plenum

the quality is excellent to say the least

it has the restrictor ring in there & is a perfect copy of the OEM internals

this superb item makes it trouble free to route hoses more easily giving far less bends as the inlet is handed to the other side

i cant recommend this item highly enough! *wink*

Excellence comes as standard

if you want one contact Nic

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Same as mine, well happy with it.

I could suggest one improvement though, just put the DV hose slightly lower. its not a major issue but my GrpA DV is touching the scuttle.

Also, and this is really minor, in the gasket he supplies get him to make them a mirror image. it would be all too easy for someone to fit the gasket the wrong way round making the carb not boost sensitive *smiley*

As i said i'm really happy with it, getting my intercooler hoses tomorrow!

I'll get some pics of mine fitted hopefully later tomorrow.

*smiley*

these are £85, and postage in the uk was virtually £5, so £90 if you want it posting

however they get made in batches when time is available, so they are not continuously available

thats what my engine bay was like before vegard, everything was in the wrong place

what are you apoligising for steve?

Are the bolt holes sleeved with tube so you can give it a good nip down without compressing the box ???

The standard plenums are made from aluminium with a brass restrictor ring.

Effectively, Nics plenum is a mirror image of the standard item, with a different entry point better suited to intercooler plumbing, and a take off point for a dump valve.

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

my mate who was found in the grass at avon knocks them up

he can make them to suit and when you want them, and changes can be catered for

min has the extra 45deg bend on it just because it could be done to suit my car, the others arent done as people will be using different intercoolers, locations, and inlet manifolds to me so for maximum universal fitment a 45deg silicone bend will do the trick fine (this is what i used on mine for a couple of weeks)

they are internally the same as the std item and as such should give no performance boost, however they do tidy up the installation under the bonnet as everything is on the correct side, and the intercooler pipes dont have to pass over the hot manifolds the plenum temp stays cool to touch on my car

when people want them, or have enquiries pm me, and ill let you know how many are sitting in my mates front room, or how long it will take to knock one up
