I used e-cigs brilliant things didnt smoke for ages then moved home, stress of becoming single and bad habbits so back to 2-10 a day Edited by Paul R on 7th Aug, 2013. Drives

I've used nicotine gum and it worked well for me but you need to stop completely going down slowly doesn't work. Stop coffee for a while too |

Stopped and I mean stopped 25 years ago, best days work I ever did, haven't touched one since not even a drag, bad chest not much money, every time budget came along i was thinking where am I going to find the money, 40 plus a day, what other reason do you need. The main thing is mate you want to stop, not you think you want to stop, state of mind. Just stop no ill only have 2 or 3 a day, stop tormenting your self. Sorry I hate the bloody things now and I use to eat them. Hope this helps you to stop mate, but really is up to you. Alan. Main Build

I was smoking 30 A day, and I got some pills from the med centre. I was off them in 2 weeks I just put £10 a day in a pint glass so at the end of the month it soon adds up!
I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

. Need to order a new one. I used the lowest nicotine one from totalywicked.com (liked the loom of the e-cig) and never topped up the nicotine just added flavoring every so often and a little water before I knew it I didnt achually want a cigarette. I dont even enjoy smoking anymore during the day I rarely have them unless on a night out (the hardest part of quiting)
also they work for other herbal things too so I have been told....
