Rob - how the fook do you get all these people to pay such stupid amounts for stuff! I was going to buy your vented flanges, but they've got to £34! Yet nobody seems to want both flanges and callipers for £50!

i think its a case of a bidding war scenario, i think the fact a couple items of robs went for more than new and in the case of carls steady bar double, its quite funny really.

I think it's a case of reverse synergy, the sum of the parts is worth more than the whole. I always get worried when people bid more than it's worth, in case the winning bidder doesn't want to pay or wants to pay less than it sold for, especially as eBay has become very much a case of the seller is right as opposed to there are too sides to every story.

I bid on the 5/16 rose joints, I costed them up as what I was going to buy on McGill motorsports minus the postage, and they went for a little more. I have no issue with that as I know I can buy similar for a little less new.

6 bids and only two bidders, and I only bid once. I will never understand repeat bidders. Just bid the price you want to pay for it in the first place!

Well that's the last time I ever do a major clear out on eBay. The last month has been hell and my lower back is killing me.

Did you happen to get shipping prices sorted for me Rob? I know you said that it was probably already shipped, but I don't want you to be shortchanged or anything. It'd smack of robbery if I didn't pay you the shipping.

By some strange fluke there was a direct correlation between the weight of the item and how far away the buyer was, with nearly all the really heavy stuff going to Australia.

EDIT: I think Postman Pat's chiropractor owes my one :)
