I cam across this problem years ago, 2001 IIRC when I sold a load of stuff after a clear out. Never had a problem since buying or selling with Paypal, at least accepting their charges. I use the American Express, as Paypal used to be an American Express company.

i absolutly hate paypal! my friends set up as a buissiness and sold a fair amount on there, apparently paypal keeps 50% of the sold money for 60 days? so currently they have £1700 worth of money sitting in their account while my friend cant afford to do anything as they have his money David. |
