went to where it happend just now did four emergancy stops ( only when it was clear) first one didnt hit the pothole/drain second i did then repeated, there was about 3 ft difference in stopping in the wet when hitting the pot hole, unfortunately melissa hit the pothole/drain if she didnt it wouldnt of happened got to love the shit roads we drive on...

I phoned my insurers again they said i will loose two years ncb

If you have told your insurers of the accident, and if it is clear it was 100% your girlfriends fault, they can quite easily tell you how much no claims you will lose without any contact from the third party's insurance company. If the third party claims £10 or £10 million, you will lose 2 years no claims.
