I have a spa dash in the original binicle and there is enough room to fit a 52mm gauge each side

I have to agree with Nic. Your car is still very classicly styled and the current dash really suits your Mk1. I would be tempted to keep the centre binnicle but modernise it as others have suggested. But at the end of the day Simon, its your car and you have to style it how you want :) |

Ooo taz, I love the spitfire style boost Guage... Edited by gr4h4m on 26th May, 2013. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Andy he presses that clutch a lot without changing gear... I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

I am in a very similar position as you, though I don't have a center bincale but have walnut and magnolia 6 clock dash and bought a curley carbon dash to put in along with a digital dash, but I just can't make up my mind. |

That swiftune setup is the best idea imo, pretty similar to yours now but alot less clutter, has one of these aswell, pretty neat idea.
