It took 5 weeks to build this from a bare chassis and a the mk1 historic from bare shell. Still not finished but getting there. 4 seconds a lap slower than the BTCC record On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

would you believe i actually went and had a look at their times straight after that video. JP's fastest lap last year was a 49.2 ish, which is only a few seconds faster a lap. budget is somewhat different though i think On 24th Jun, 2013 Jimster said:

It was a double header race, he qualified pole for the first race, but had fuel spilling onto the rear tyres on left hand bends, so chucked it off track a few times, he came into the pits and we sorted the problem. But was a few laps down, final race position of race 1 set the grid for race 2 On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:
