I smoked. For 37 dam years, dicided to stop, I did with a crutch of e cigaret the one where you pore the liquid in, works a treat. ..... saves me 3 grand a year. ..my motive was health as I got away with it for many years, also main reason fuck the chancellor there loosing 57 million. A week now! And its compounding with e cigarettes going to throw the e cigarette. In the bin in the next week or so I feel super fit and my friends say I look good now no more coughing. My guts up........ if it worked for me it can work for anyone!

I smoked 20 a day for about 12/13 years, tried patches, gum etc but nothing worked. On the 25th of may I took champex and haven't smoked since. I feel ace and have no desire to smoke again. Wish I did it years ago.

Read Alan Carrs (not that knob on TV) book.. "the easy way to stop smoking"...

It's very good, he was a 100-a-day chap that saw the light one day. He approaches it from a different angle, no scare tactics or the usual reasons we hear to not smoke.
It really is a good book and he encourages you to smoke as you read it so you don't feel your missing out...

I brought a copy on eBay for 99p last week, not finished it yet but I'm certainly smoking less as you realise how pathetic smoking is...

Mannnnn the guy I did some of my training with smoked like 100 fags a day, it was horrible ! I've never even tried a cigarette because there is nothing more unattractive to me than a woman smoking urghhhhhh.
Is it harder to quit if you have an 'addictive personality'? I wouldn't say I'm addicted to anything or ever have been, just have food fads haha so I can't really imagine how it feels go give up something like that..

I havent had a cigarette today and not even cravedd one pluss I can't afford to loose 1000 pounds haha

trouble was i used to drive for a living, so it kept me going and fags to stretch my legs haha

It's a game haha. Like lego but on a console/pc.
One of my friends at work used to do crazy hours a week when he was working away from home and doing complete boiler jobs in a day, he also lived off energy drinks and cigarettes! He's great though, never been sure if he's just a bit nuts naturally or if his lifestyle has made him that way haha. I don't really like monster and those types of drinks, they are far too sweet for me! My sisters boyfriend is addicted to pepsi max, he drinks like 5l a day!

It's Shauna haha. He is trying to drink less because he's dieting atm (I think it's because they are getting married in a month!)
