id like to make a full carbon fiber/Kevlar mini shell some day lol
re create all the factory panels in carbon then bond and rivet it all into a shell
hard part is dis assembling a good shell and making the tooling fun bit is production

lots of us are car weight conscious if only personal weight was as easy to shed.

personally i went fibre front, fibre boot, rear beam and coils, inner doors cut out, one peice bulkhead, zero sound deadening although i will be putting a peltor kit in for ear defending and still chatting.

that dose not even look standard why dont they give a weight?
vacuum infusion is the better way i think stronger lighter
its really just a pipe dream.... lots of cash and time to make it
