Sorry gents I have a 3 mile round trip. lol

I am usually there 10hrs+ 6 days tho. lol

I go to York every Thursday night after work and that's only 60 mine round trip and I actually quite enjoy it.

think the factor is like andy said. dickheads on the road. If its quiet then its a great place to be but morning/ tea traffic must be a nighmare

I start at the end of my driveway, finish at the end of my driveway & come home for all meals. I think I have it good, that's why I have been in the same job for 12 years. I work for the equivalent of your AA as a patrol, biggest problem is that I have a van parked on my driveway that neighbours think I should be able to help them with at all hours?!!!!.

That's the one in the background.

Easy miles or surrounded by fuck whits?

Snow is a factor. Off all the people I work with, I'm the only one who consistently gets there in any weather. And that includes people who work 3 miles away.

I'm the same as sprocket, no regular place of work except most Fridays i'm in the office which is only 8 miles away.

Normal day is anything from 20 miles to 300 miles each way. Can't really knock it though, money's good, we get looked after well hotel wise if we're having to stay away and the job's not exactly stressful either.

The only thing that grates sometimes is staying away all week when you've got stuff you want to do at home! Hence the mini hasn't been touched for a while.

i use to do a 150mile round trip on average six days a week for 4 years M1, M25 A127. What a pig of a journey but the wage was more than fair compensation and my bosses were top draw. many factors you have to consider. longest daily drive was Luton to Norwich, loved that especially on the bike the police never *wink*
