Hi John,

Have you changed the cam design since I bought mine? mine is 10.2/10.0 lift. 296 degree duration is correct for one of them only right?

Yes the engine spec is - aprt fro mthe obvious conversion kit

1380cc - 73.5mm bore
its an all steel bottom end
1200rs head - full SC race spec porting
27.6mm inlet valves - stock inserts
stock exh valves - no need for bigger ones
13:1 comp
SC Sprint cam spec - 296 deg duration 10.8mm lift
SC006 race exh manifold
SC 38mm billet throttle bodies
SC Typhoon management

thats the raw ingredients for this power level.

I think a really good mid way spec would be RS cams with the SC006 exh and the big inlet valves - any takers? once this hardware is in place the cams can be swapped with the head on and the throttle bodies etc - so the engine stays the same its just bolt ons later if more go is required. I'd be surprised if this spec didn't breach 150 hp and be totally driveable day to day
