Which is the inlet and outlet on the metro turbo fuel pumps, Is the wider pipe the inlet and the narrower end next to the terminals the outlet.

the reason I asked is because I bought a fuel pump of hippyinamini connected it to battery with the red and blue wires already on it and it it fired fuel out the inlet.
