But remember guys, 8mm copper line is quite a lot bigger than 8mm braided hose. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Methinks copper pipe has the thinnest wall thickness as well. Not sure, may have to do some measuring lol :) Edited by Badger on 6th Jun, 2007. There is no sense crying over every mistake- you just keep on trying til you run out of cake. |

does the feed back have to go in the top of the tank so that the returned fuel 'pours' into the tank unrestricted or can it really be T into the supply before the pump, i don't really see that working properly as it will stop the flow return although i know that people on here have done it, i'm going to be attempting this this week and just need it clarifying.

'T'ing into the low pressure (tank) side of the pump with the return has been shown to work fine.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Mine returns to the top of the tank - works fine for me. Just remember to purge the tank before welding.
