"On offer is a XJ13 engine. With four overhead cams. The only engine for sale world wide. Absolutely rare. Judging by it's condition it was never in use. It is probably the last of 3 being made (two of them are in the Jaguar museum). 4987cc, 500BHP, mid-engine, dry sump system. Build in around 1966/67 it is a forerunner of the later 12 cylinder production V12s. Bid now! The basis were two 6 cylinder engines. It was build by hand by Jaguar. The history of the XJ13can be found on wikipedia. Private auction etc."
