I hate to break it to you, but that speedo is 100% NOT from a 60ies Mini. Nor a 70ies, or 80ies etc..

It's a reproduction modern speedo with a white background.

What makes you say that then V?
Its the original from my Sprint. It even has the captive nuts on the mountings rather than the later speed screws. It is original
I know the chrome is round instead of the usual bevel shape but the speedo itself is correct

The mk1 speedos had a see through needle and they were more "silvery" not magnolia.

Edit:

I just enquired someone about this, and it seems as the Morrises and Austins had different needles. I don't know this myself but possibly the Morrises had just the needle in your picture.

Ill be completely honest, I cant remember. I ground the numbers off but I would think it is as its all I use. Got a couple more standard ones kicking about too.
