I know a guy with a very fast R5 Turbo that he hillclimb with a locked diff. Everybody told him it would not work, but it was fine. Well I say fine, the car was bloody quick and as you know hillclimbs can be quite twisty. Not sure if he still runs it.

Ben is that Andy Cooke? I remember him running a welded diff to break the 1/4 mile record several years ago. Used to call his car the rainbow warrior!
