Engine runs well and starts without any issues and because it is red it has good mpg.

Out of interest did you know that cars cant be sold as seen if they are sold with an mot as road worthy. one day boost will be mine!

sold as seen imo, means that It is your responsability to check over the car to make sure you as the buyer is happy with it. once payment is made, there is no warranty or aftersales service, your on your own. xx |

Im only saying as that no longer stands anymore, best thing to do is write the current milage on when they sign as ive read about this. Trading standards get involved now, so if someone owns it for a week and does 20 miles and then something major goes wrong they can come back to the seller with the law on there side, however if in that week they do 200 miles a day then its in the sellers interest to have a signed noted copy of the milage as its then obviously not there responsibility. Im not trying to be an arse here, just letting people know that consumer law is different these days and sold as seen no longer covers the seller. one day boost will be mine!

Caveat Emptor still applies to private sales. If you do not mislead, or imply/give a warranty, it is the buyers problem. |

yes. sorry it would appear ive got my wires crossed between a couple of different things here. to do with distance selling and info from a well known money forum. one day boost will be mine!
