Recently bought a gtm coupe just going through the electrics now and got most things working. I am right in thinking I need to have a warning light for the foglights when they are on and needs to glow orange? Thanks |

Any question. Can I put reverse lights on a switch instead of the sensor on the gearchange? I can't seem to work out where it will work |

Yep, as long as it's labelled i think. Or just leave it altogether, reverse lights aren't tested. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

It's why I never bothered putting one on when i went to the mk2/3 lights or whatever they are. But replaced my foglight as it was previously my right reverse light. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

While it may not be a testable item, I'm sure you can't have a white light to the rear unless reversing, therefore the plod may have something to say if you forgot to switch it off? |

Indeed reverse is not tested. All other lights are unless non are fitted. In which case they cant be tested. |

If your reversing light is not automatically switched on by selecting reverse, then you must have a tell tale fitted. Only a problem if you get a really picky copper, but it isn't hard to use an illuminated switch anyway.
