This has been doing the rounds on US forums in the last few days!
A very bad day for the dyno operators and the GT500 owner. It's amazing to think the show operators would let anyone run on the dyno without liability insurance (see the comments).
Funny thing is spectators seem to realise (in the vid on both sides) that something is amiss about 2 seconds before destruction.

Ah - I was trying to figure out what it was Robert. Be interesting to see what it was actually rated to....

As regards the insurance - You usually sign a bit of paper releasing all liability for your car, but nothing about the bystanders. At least it was Canada, not the USA though - that would have been really bad news!

Apparently whoever tied the car down was clueless.

Done in such a manner as to cause that problem.

I like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_c8kStev4Y Head in hand moment lol

and this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXMYfNDHkxE you can see what looks like the rear roller has hit the fence at the cack and launched into the carpark behind, cos the roller just is no where to be seen, lol. all that energy had to go some where *hehe!*

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

seams like the car ether pushed the roller out from under the car or the roller jammed?

It's probably embedded in someone's windscreen :/
Looks to me like it's stood on the feet you get on the front of a fridge.
