can you still run a standard mini heater with the bulkhead cut out for the turbo |

Yeah you cut the section of the bulkhead out that the brackets are attachéd to...well one of them. Just cut the old bracket off, trim it and weld it back on, or make another bracket. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel
