SPEEDGLAS WELDING Helmet

hi all just wanting to know why people on ebay wont send stuff over here to australia. Ive been looking at a 3M HORNELL SPEEDGLAS WELDING HOOD WELDER 9100XX SW ADFLO RESPIRATOR SHIELD. which is about $1600+ in aus but it over there they are under $1000 i dont care about paying for shipping as its still works out cheaper, i weld alloy plate boats all day so i need the powered respirator for work, is there any other welding sites that will ship to the Aus, or tool companys over there i scan to see what they have. if not can anyone help.

might even be better to order something from the US as they are even cheaper then in the UK. i have the spedglass 9100XL but i head very good things about other masks aswell

I've also recently got a Speedglas 9100, it is the bollocks.

yeah very nice mask! everythings so clear to see on shade and off! and none of the crap where my light kept triggering the auto darken ahah

I've been looking into an air fed unit, has anyone any experience with these?

Fumes in my garage are terrible and the extractor isn't up to the job

speedglas one is excellent IMO but maybe slightly pricey.. i think esab do one but not had any expirience
