RS turbo Series 2 intercooler fits nicely in one section of the grill area. Ok up to 150bhp. Pick one up for £15. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

Got a Pace alloy uprated 5GT Turbo 1 of fleabay for a tenner. Rather than going to Fleabay direct use Fatfingers cos that will allow you to abuse the fact a lot of peepel karnt spel |

Cosworth intercooler would sit well, however have search as the oneeye has suggested. Plenty of threads on the subject |

The cossie 4wd one is a beast of an intercooler, i plan to fit one to mine next. I have an rs turbo one in the for sqle section. Cheers, dan |

Got a 4wd cossie intercooler in a clubman, fits nicely behind the grill with enough room for air filter to live beside it. -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |

there are some good intercoolers out there, just fit one that is proven from past members experiences, like matt has mentioned ............ But if you have the room then go for a larger one if you can get ample airflow through it to cool the charge better!!!
