Thinking of cutting some round holes in the front of my bonnet and possibly some over the radiator, my question is will it cause a floppy bonnet, as the metal work is so thin.....

Also forgot to mention what would you call the round surroundy bit that neatens up the hole......surround,bezel,rim,shroud???????

I have half the bonnet cut out and no X member underneith and its still not floppy Yes i moved to the darkside |

I cut holes in the bonnet for air over intercooler flow and swaged them. was quite hard to do as you are swaging a curve. I had to mod the swaging tool and it took quite a bit of work to get the finish to a decent level
