OK, I've now got hold of a new transporter trailer. Its generally in good order with the exception of the tyres which are a bit of a miss-match of radial and crossply.

I,d stick with crossply tyres of the same rating - stiffer sidewall, less shimmy.

The radial 145s are rated for vans and trailers depending on your load requirements.

fitted van tyres to my(works) transporter trailer, made a massive difference to how it towed but just had regular car tyres on beforehand, was pretty hairy tail wagging the dog style lol. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
