When my misses first went out in mine, whilst driving down a bumpy country Lane she commented "I thought you said this was fast"....oh dear, I was trying to take it easy. When we got out on the open road I gave it the large one on low boost, of coarse she shit herself, I then asked "so what do you think now, she replies "ok that is quite fast", so naturally I wound the boost up to 20psi torque steering either side of the white line and asked the question again, I got screemed at, but I think I proved my point. When we go anywhere in mine I always get asked "you have checked everything's done up" as she knows how forgetful I am! Jo don't mind it much she just puts her ear defs on and goes to sleep lol. I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

My missus is really good, comes to all the shows and puts up with me spending hard earned money on manky lumps of metal. She does go blank when I start wittering on about it though...

mine thinks it is a complete waste of money and thinks the money can be spent on her instead. When it was running she said it was comfortable, moaned about the smell of fuel and I could never go fast as she did not like it. wait till i have finished this one then. lol!! |
