Make sure they are lowercase, and then simply add them as an attachment to a post when you reply/post a topic.

Otherwise, login to the front-end of the site (http://www.turbominis.co.uk) and do it there.

Still having troubles. have changed the file names to lower case. Does the .JPG have to be lower case too? How does one change this? How do I get photo's from the front end of the site to the forum?

Just join/upload your pics to photobucket and copy/paste the IMG link, save yourself the hastle
