Hi

The mini is run in now and requires a rolling road setup.

Where would people suggest I go please? I'm based in Leicestershire but don't mind travelling for reasonable distance for the right place. Went to Northampton motorsport last time but would prefer somewhere different. Must be able to setup megajolt. Was suggested peter Baldwin but he said he hasn't got the equipment to set up megajolt.

John sleathes, in Yorkshire, Google him out, top man is john, make sure your car is up to par though.

What about Aldon Automotive? Lots of mini clubs go there at weekends for power run shootouts

I'm sure Baldwin can do MJ if you drag a laptop along. Have you been in contact with him?

There's T&M in Colchester with uncle Ray.

I'll second John Sleath! He's a really nice guy and very thorough! I'll be going back in mine next year with a new intercooler and more boost!

We can do it M-Tech. Ask James962 on the other mini forums, my chap Simon is mini mad and carb guru, that, and I can map MJ :) Only issue is we are down in Wiltshire! We charge £80+VAT/hour, with a typical setup taking 1-2hours.

Matt, Wiltshire is a bit too far, but thanks anyway.

Lizard, yes spoke to Peter, think you're right he can do it but hasn't got the equipment. Trouble is neither do I.

Looking like John sleath then, I've got relatives in donny which is handy. Thanks for the recommendations. Only 75 miles too which isn't too bad. Looks like I need to sort the niggling things first, like broken wheel stud haha.

James, I tried Peter 1st as heard good things but as soon as I said turbo and megajolt he said he wouldn't like to do it and suggested John at Lynx AE

Yeah definitely thanks!! Wellingborough is even closer for me. I'm hoping to get it setup before mitp, so can't wait until after you've been really, but it's worth knowing for future work.
