Any one skilled in the art of flat roof replacement? any tips? any pointers? recommendations on materials? went out this morning to my single garage and its leaking quite bad i assume the hot weather has cracked the felt and i have never replaced felt. Crystal Sound Audio said:

I was thinking of similar stuff but the appearance isn't as nice as a quality felt in my opinion

I had my flat rooves (dormers) replaced with EPDM. was really neat and had a 25 year guarantee with 50 year life expectance.

You could just tar it. Cheap and quick. Plenty of bitumen companies around. Dpt on what the roof structure is to hold the weight. The turbo build has finally started |
