Has anyone used one? Whats youre experience of them?

I bought a cheap one from Ebay but the rear wheels dont lock as I expected no matter how much I pump up the pedal before shutting off the lock, I was under the impression its just a shut off valve so a cheap one would be as good as an expensive one, the brake pedal locks the rear brakes so Im a bit confused as to why the linelock is so poor even though its airtight when shut off

I seriously doubt it!

Dave, where is the rear brake bias/limiter valve?

Before the linelock. Makes no difference how that is set either

So in that case are you only locking in reduced pressure to the rear?

Have a go with the bias all the way out that's how mine works.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

I dont think so but not 100% sure Tom. Aaaaah, I wonder if I shouldnt be pumping the pedal as hard because its changing from 1:1 front - rear to 3:1 front - rear.

Back in a sec, Ill go test that

I seriously doubt it!

Is this a mechanical or solenoid line lock?Mine is the latter and as long as I pump the pedal hard when I switch it on it works fine.(ok I know it's on the front wheels but that shouldn't matter.)I have a single line system with no bias/limiter.

'Where does the engine go?'

Just found the pedal doesnt actually lock the rear brakes - I thought it did. I might lose the bias adjustable valve

I seriously doubt it!

Ok, got it sussed.

The sticker saying 'more pressure' and an arrow pointing clockwise on the bias valve is incorrect, it should point anti clockwise it seems.

Its working now

I seriously doubt it!

I tried a line lock with a standard braking system. Like you say there wasn't enough effort to the rear brakes.
